I am so impressed by the Green Building Features in Molek Pine 4. My dream house has to be comfortable to live in and of course to live in a clean and healthy environment. Among all of the green building features, I like the natural cross ventilation and 30% softscape covered the most. I use to stay in apartments or condominium when I am working in the city, and most of the them have very bad ventalition where there the spaces in between the corridors are so narrow and unventilated. Come to the facilites, Molek Pine 4 offers a resort-style facilities which you would give a 'WOW' on them! However, I would like to highlight on few awesome facilities which I would categorize them as unique facilities at Molek Pine 4.

Onsen and Sauna

One prominent Japanese culture is the ‘onsen’ or Japanese hot spring. To keep up with the ‘Little Japan’ culture and cater to Japanese residences, Molek Pine 4 stands out with its very own authentic onsen spa room. This is the first of its kind in JB where the onsenis filled with natural geothermally heated spring water that contains minerals like iron, sulfur and metabolic acid. It is said that frequent use of the hot spring can promote healing properties. We had so much fun just chatting and relaxing in the hot spring! There are water jets and ‘seats’ along the sides of the onsen pool too where you can sit and enjoy the experience. Typically, you are supposed to go in fully naked, but obviously we couldn’t do that.. Just imagine if you live here, you can have a good soak in the hot spring almost everyday!

There are 2 onsen rooms available in Molek Pine 4, separated for men & women. The space is fully-equipped with facilities like lockers, a seating area and powder room with hair dryer for you to fix up after you’re done. Most importantly, there is a bathing area where you can either use a shower head or the wooden bucket & pail provided to wash yourself before stepping into the onsen. I have been to onsen rooms in Japan, and I can vouch that the facilities and design are pretty similar to the Japanese ones!

An additional feature in Molek Pine 4’s indoor onsen is the sauna area! It’s common to relax in a sauna after jacuzzi to really sweat it out. This is an infrared sauna that uses charcoal in its heating area to heat up the room. We let the room heat up while we were in the onsen. Because the building insists on eco-friendly living, each residence is responsible to turn off the lights and heat of the sauna once they are done, and I personally feel that this is a really good habit to practice.

Swimming Pool and Wading Pool

A swimming pool might be a common facility in most condominium and apartment. However, a thoughtfully designed and well maintained one is hard to come by and Molek Pine 4 has it all.

Molek Pine 4 has an adult pool and a wading pool and both of them adopt the shape of the figure eight, hence it does not has any dangerous spots or awkward corners. The water is clean and yet does not have an excessive chlorine smell and the changing room is conveniently located right beside the pool. Oh, and the wading pool features a water slide that allows the kids to have some great fun and keep them entertained for a long while!

Gymnasium

Molek Pine 4 possesses a spacious gymnasium at level 2. This could be the biggest gymnasium I have ever seen from a condominium so far. The gym is very well-equipped with fitness equipment. There are fans in the gym which you may turn it on during workout. Personally think that it has quite a good air circulation in the gym where I do not feel uncomfortable. The gym is actually facing the swimming pool and it is quite nice to workout by viewing such a beautiful view out there. I like their big glass windows which makes the gym looks wider and the most important point is that you can really enjoy working out with the warmest sun. Furthermore, there is an empty space fixed with huge mirrors where it is probably suitable for those who love to dance and aerobic.

Dine In Railway Station with Terminal One, Taman Pelangi Johor Bahru

Inspired by the sense that timeless railway stations evoke, Terminal One is a bistro that encapsulates the need to escape from the bustling city lifestyle and to serve as a gateway to the bygone idyllic era of class and elegance.

Selections are extensive, with a fusion menu ranging from mini Japanese Sandwiches to ‘Western Delights’ and as to emulate the train-dining experience, all foods are served in a tray.

Champion NZ Lamb Chop with Black Pepper Sauce - RM35.00

It's quite a big potion where it comes with two slices of lamb chop. So, the lamb chop set is definitely worth the price. The lamb chop is cooked just nice and best to eat with the black pepper sauce.

Pan Grilled Salmon Fillet with Honey Mustard Sauce - RM33.00

Comes to my favorite salmon fish, it is cooked in grilled style and flavored with honey mustard sauce. You can see that the salmon fish is thick in size. It is very worth to try with its price.

Pandan Rice with Fried Chicken Chop - RM13.00
Missing Malaysia's dishes? Don't worry, Terminal One has included some of the Malaysia's dishes which are able to suit your taste. If you don't feel like eating western food, you can choose the Pandan Rice with Fried Chicken Chop. The pandan rice is fragrant and tasted good! I like the presentation style of the dish where everything are placed very nicely.

Perfect Snack Combo - RM33.00

Perfect Snack Combo is the best fit if you are coming here for chit chatting or gatherings. This is definitely the best finger food for you to have a bite with your friends. The combo comes with mayonnaise sausages, potato wedges, fried chicken wings and salad. They are presented in a metal box which looks like you are really dining in on the train.

Mushroom Soup with Puff - RM8.00

The puff is placed on top of the mushroom soup which is much more crispy. Dip the puff with the mushroom soup could be the best way to eat!

Frozen Limeade Plum - RM9 (left)

Chocolate Banana - RM11 (right)

Both of the signature drinks are fantastically nice! I like the chocolate banana where there is a scoop of ice-cream on top of the drinks. If you love pretty food, you can actually order this and snap pretty photos with your phone/camera. Frozen Limeade Plum is the best cooling drinks to chill me up too.

The experience is immersive. The evocative ambiance is augmented by retro decorations around each corner inspired by the majestic Grand Terminal Station.The nostalgic Coach Compartment Seating provides an intimate space for customers to dine and mingle.

Terminal One is the place to be for an exquisite dining experience. Discover a timeless setting combined with delightful fusion delicacies and be blown away with the grandeur of the design.

Some of you might confused with the restaurant name. Terminal One is actually being renamed from Station One. Thus, it is still located at their original place in Taman Pelangi, Johor Bahru. Overrated Food at San Low Seafood Restaurant, Johor Bahru

I don't give bad reviews sometimes, even if the food tastes not really good in some restaurants. But too bad I'm gotta share my experience on this meal to my readers here. I read a lot of reviews from few bloggers regarding this restaurants and everyone are giving super great comments on their food. So, I choose to come ahead to try.

Time Visited: 8.30pm

We found a table and sit down. Perhaps, the table is still in a mess so we request a staff to clean. After few minutes, we are approached to place order. It's nice that they do provide menus upon ordering. That's impressive I would say. We have been told that our waiting time is around 35 minutes. So, our food are served after 35 minutes.

Pork ribs is served at the beginning. And it's so much disappointment from us. The pork meat is not soft and chewy. I have no idea how to describe, it's just couldn't fix my taste bud.

I would give some expectation on my favorite squid dish. This dish is cooked with butter, and it tastes just like a normal dish with no special handling or flavor. This is the small portion size and it costs me RM19 which I think it's not worth for it.

Hong Kong Taufu tastes ok and the sauce is not really flavored as expected.

San Low Bee Hoon is the signature dish at San Low Seafood Restaurant. So I make a try on it. Personally think that it has nothing special till could be known as the specialty of the restaurant. (p/s: I read from all the reviews on the blogs claiming that San Low Bee Hoon is a must try dish on your next visit.) Apparently, the beehoon is cooked plainly with egg, few slices of fish paste and vegetables. I can feel that there is so much msg applied to this dish. RM10 to get this, I don't think it is worth. Overall, I don't really like the sweet and sour pork ribs and the butter squid. I'm putting some expectations of these two dishes but they are disappointed me.

Lastly, I do really wish those who operate businesses should always educate your staffs on how to serve customers to meet satisfaction. I believe that nobody would like to see your unpleasant expression while visiting to your stores or shops. There are a lot of spaces of improvement on the quality of food. I personally think that it's not worth for waiting to be served after more than half an hour.

**So sorry for writing this out but I do really need to share my bad experience to my readers. This is how I felt after reading lots of good reviews from several bloggers and went to try it out. Maybe other dishes are tasted ok and maybe I am bad luck on it. Anyway, you can still head onto there to try it out yourself. :) **

Skin Check at Watson Malaysia City Square JB Outlet

I am currently working based in Singapore thus it is easy for me the reach Johor Bahru these days. There a newly opened Watson's new outlet at City Square JB where I am going to visit. It is located next to Guardian. I have made my appointment earlier with my professional make up specialist Alex from Watson's Skin Expert corner. I reach there at about 2pm to meet up Alex. He is busy serving a customer upon my arrival, thus I get myself to look around first.

Alex is finally free up to serve me. I have been seated on the make up table. It is so kind of him to prepare a mini fan for me to cool me up during his service later. He has brought out few products which he is going to use it on my face later on. I has my skin checked by Alex and he helps to fix my pimple on my forehead.

Let's get start on applying skin care on my face now! I am going to briefly explain step by step how he is going to start it.
1st Step: Pour the CREMORLAB Essence Tonic on a piece of cotton and then wipe off dirt from my face.

2nd Step: Apply Hydraluron moisture serum to boost my skin's moisture and helps to prevent moisture loss.

Hydraluron Moisture Serum is a fragrance-free gel in a tube which contains the powerful ingredient, hyaluronic acid. It is an excellent ingredient which can boost skin's moisture content and help to prevent moisture loss.

3rd Step: Apply Eysilix Total Eye Rescuer around my eyes.

Eysilix Total Eye Rescuer contains some good emollients to add moisture, antioxidants to repair skin and help to fight ongoing free-radical damage. I like this as it is fragrance-free.

4th Step: Apply Ciracle Pore Control Tightening Serum to tighten up the pore on my face.

Ciracle's Pore Control Tightening Serum helps you on gaining control over your pores on your face, reduces the amount of sebum secretion and oil production of the skin. It is very easy to use, you may just need to apply few droplets on your face after cleansing. No worries that this can be applied on your face several times during the day. And also, it can maximize anti-wrinkle effect after removing the blackheads. That's the most concern part for girls.

5th Step: Apply Vitamin C24 on my face.

Vitamin C24 is a combined serum and moisturizer formulated with 22% Vitamin C plus 2% of Hyaluronic microspheres.This could be my best choice to defense against environmental aggressors. It tends to build collagen on the skin, helps to reduce inflammation and skin discoloration.

Indeed's products are placed nicely on the rack in Watson. There are samples available for testing on the spot. If you find that it is hard for you to understand the products, you may look for any professional consultants to guide you.

After applying skin care's products on my skin, going up next would be applying make up on my face. Alex is applying BB cream, concealer, powder, and lipsticks for me. He indicates that he would make my face looks smaller by applying eye-shadow and eyeliner to maximize my eyes.
