My first time visiting this restaurant, and it is full house during my visit. According to local, it is one of the popular place to dine in especially for foreigners. It serves Chinese food. The price is kinda worth for every dishes. It costs me $130 in total for all the dishes mentioned in this post.

The restaurant is basically not spacious and it is so crowded when there is full house during peak hour. It is pretty hot inside the restaurant and I would recommend you to sit outside during your visit.

Riverside Grilled Fish was found by 2 friends who are up to the traditional method of grilling fish and topping up with spicy (Ma La) sauces while travelling in Wushan Town, Chong Qing. 

Noticed that the menu is not fully in English. Thus, some of you who don't really read Chinese might find the difficulties to read their menu. However, the waitresses are all very patient enough to explain to you about their specialties and everything that you need for assistance. Basically, every dishes come with images in the menu so you need not to worry about difficulty in ordering.

The first thing to do upon ordering is to select preferred fish. So, I have got myself a Garoupa fish and Signature Fragrant Spicy Sauce together. When I have no idea which sauces should I choose, the waitress is so kind enough to guide and recommend us with the original Ma La sauce. It is basically made with a combination of Ma La spices, dries chilli, onion, coriander and peeper. If you couldn't take spicy, there is a non-spicy sauces which you can probably select for your preference - Black Bean Sauce(豆豉味) (combination of black beans and coriander).

There are four types of fish to choose, Red Tilapia, Sea Bass, Black Pomfret or Garoupa. Then, come with the eight different type of sauces to top off the fish. Prices of the fishes are at the range from $36 to $42. Besides, there are plenty of side dishes which could make your grilled fish more delightful and delicious.

I heard that most of the restaurants in Singapore have a very high quality of good food. So here I come to Tony's Roma at Suntec branch. As per my experience of dining at Malaysia's branch, the quality of food is not so good.

I have ordered The Original Baby Back Ribs which is tender, lean pork loin meat, basted with Tony Roma's Original BBQ sauce. It is so much tasty especially the BBQ sauce. There are three sizes for selection, half ribs costs $26.90, regular size costs $35.90 and full ribs costs $41.90. 

I love chicken so next dish I have selected is the Southwestern Chicken. It is charbroiled marinated chicken breast covered in our original BBQ sauce, Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, freshly diced tomatoes and green onions. The price of this dish costs $23.90. However, there are few different choice of chicken dishes such as grilled spinach chicken stack, BBQ half chicken, Caprese chicken, Alfredo Florentine. I am having hard time to choose among these but at the end I select the southwestern style. I love this so much, the breast chicken is quite soft and easy to chew, it's perfect match to be eaten by dipping it into the sauce.

Tony Sampler is a trio of appetizers. Their signature half onion loaf is presented amazingly which is best to be served with dipping sauce. I personally love the spinach artichoke dip very much, I use to eat it by dipping the chips on it. That tastes better in this way, you can have a try.

For Bak Kut Teh, you can select your preferred type of meat  to be added on in your soup. I have selected pork ribs for my soup based. No word to describe, the soup is really very strong in taste. I have asked for refilling the soup for several times.
