Yaki San means Mr Grilled translated from the Japanese word. It is one of the latest additions to the Sunway Pyramid’s Asian Avenue. Inspired by the Japan and Singapore, Yaki San is serving the commonly famous Japanese type of skewered chicken, yakitori. Yakitori can also be skewered food. It is often made with some bite-sized chicken or chicken offal, mounted on a bamboo skewer and grilled over charcoal. Yakitori usually has a choice of having it cooked with salt or with tare sauce.
