WOW KL! International Buffet with Culture Show at Saloma Theatre Restaurant

I have been visited to Saloma Theatre Restaurant on last weekend. It is strategically located at Golden Triangle, within Malaysia Tourism Center whereby it's very convenient to tourists. They serve buffet of Malaysian flavours and cooking method from uniquely different tflavoured 14 Malaysian states.

Traditional & Cultural Performances
Besides buffet, there is also cultural show which is performed by 18-member Saloma Dancers. Be amazed with Minangkabau, Chinese, Indian, Portuguese dances on the stage with traditional colorful costumes. The dance medley depict different race, creed, tradition,culture and religion, the sense of respect prevails amongst all commuNity in Malaysia. The show starts from 8.30pm and it ends in an hour time.

WOW KL! International buffet serves variety of local delights and all of them are delicious. The buffet is available daily.

The appetizers and salad include roast meats, cold cuts, chicken salad with curry, apples and mango salad, Salad Nicoise Seafood Salad, Tortilla Guacamole, Smoked Salmon, Sweet Corn Salad, Red Beans Salad, Baba Ganoush, Humus, Tabbouleh Salad, Potato Salad, Ceaser Salad, Garden Salad and Pasta Salad.

The condiments and dressing includes keropok, papadom, golden raisin, black raisin, black olive, stuffed olive, fresh cucumber, onion ring, tomato carrot, jeruk manga, jeruk cermai, jeruk amra, jeruk bawang putih, jeruk sengkuang, jeruk jambu batu, jeruk kelubi, country egg, salted egg, spring onion, cut chilli, raita, plain yogurt, sambal belacan, air asam, thousand island, French & Italian Vinaigrette, pickle ginger, lime chutney, mango chutney.

Soup station comes with mushroom soup, soto ayam with condiments and bread & butter.
Hot Section Malay serves food like steamed rice, daging rendang Tok, kari ikan bendi, nyonya chap chai. 

Hot Section Western includes aglio-olio, roasted chicken black pepper sauce, grilled fillet of fish lemon sauce and saute mix vegetables.

Hot Section Mid East includes saffron rice, lamb persian, chicken makhani and stew egg plant tomato jus.

I like the Ice Kacang Corner. The stall looks ancient with the ice kacang machine. So, they make the ice kacang upon ordering. You get to witness the process of making ice kacang and you get the chance to select the topping you preferred. A bowl of ice kacang is served and it looks so colorful in presentation.

Teh Tarik is one of the most popular local delights for tourists. Tourists love this so much. It is made upon ordering too, so the teh is served hot and fresh.

There are also several hawker stalls serve with different of food such as Roasted baby chicken percik Terengganu style, roti canai yellow lentil curry, noodles soup & condiments, chicken & beef satay, lamb shawarma lebanese.

Lastly, I would tell you that the desserts bar is seriously amazing. The desserts include five types of French pastries, baked cheese cake, walnut cake, macha Gateaux cake, fruits tart, apple crumble, cream Hon, bubur Wow, kuih lapis, lopeh, kuih koci, kuih cara berlauk, seri muka, tepung talam, tropical fresh fruits and ice-cream potong.

Beverages served are coffee, tea and cordial.

From 1st April 2018, the price to be revised to:

Children (6-12 years old): RM95 nett per pax
