Vegetarian Fine Dining at Samplings On The Fourteenth Restaurant


Starting April, a fine dining dishes with Gastronomic Green Delight will be introduced at Samplings On The Fourteenth Restaurant. This could be a good opportunity for people to enjoy the fancied vegetarian food at Berjaya Times Square Hotel.

Surrounded by the fine dining ambience of Samplings On The Fourteenth Restaurant, experience lavish vegetarian meal choices of 5 course at RM118 nett per set, 7 course at RM148 nett per set, 9 course at RM168 nett per set or an array of ala carte dishes ranging from RM18 nett. This is available from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, Monday to Saturday. The ambience is nice especially the window view where you can enjoy the night view during the fine dining section.

Terrine of Roasted Pepper is the first dish served. It is well prepared with beans and peas jelly.

Warm Appetizer
Seared-Haloumi and Breaded Camembert is a pretty one to have in a vegetarian menu. It consists of pickles and added with sesame dressing.

I love this soup, Wild Forest Mushroom. It is cooked with truffle froth. It is tasty.

Palate Cleanser
Mango Sorbet has caught my eye! It is so gorgeous with the scoop of mango sorbet on top of the crafted ice cube. It also comes with LED light at the bottom of the ice cube. Really a unique one which it really makes my day.

Chilled Soft Tofu has been prepared with shaved fennel and yellow pepper coulis in a beautiful way.

If you are a pumpkin lover, this would be your favorite dish. Maple Glaze Pumpkin is made with king mushroom and spinach.

Steamed Dumpling looks cute. It is made with stuffed sweet turnip and beans.

Main Course
Finally, main dish is ready to be served. It is the Yam Rice which is cooked with soy sauce and lotus root.

Dessert Time!! Chocolate Mud Cake is served and this makes the end of this Vegetarian fine dining.
