When I heard about SetiaWalk Puchong, it is all about food and drinking over the place. Yu Chu Chinese Restaurant has entered this place and add on the selection choices for customers. Yu Chu serves the famous three juice stew pot (三汁焖锅). Yu Chu is basically a Chinese restaurant from China. If you or your friends are looking for Chinese cuisines from China, Yu Chu is definitely one of the best place to dine in as the taste of the food is authentically from China.
The dish I am having now is called as Healthy Stew Pot. All the ingredients are prepared in containers and being served together with a clean big pot on the table. The main ingredients are dolly fish, prawns and chicken.
To get start, the staff pour little oil into the pot as base. The ingredients are then being placed nicely into the pot. Vegetables are being placed at the bottom first and followed by the main ingredients on top of the vegetables.
Then, it is closed with the cover for braised cooking.
You may noticed that there is no sauce added into the pot yet. So, after braised cooking for awhile, a special sauce is then added into the pot and stir it gently.
After stirring, it is now ready to be served.
Eat until last, we can add on hot soup to turn the stew pot become a steamboat. In this stage, we are adding some ingredients into the soup to continue enjoy the dish. I would suggest you to add on some noodles and to be eaten together with the soup. It tastes just nice!
