Healthy Stew Pot at Yu Chu Chinese Restaurant 养生焖锅@御厨

When I heard about SetiaWalk Puchong, it is all about food and drinking over the place. Yu Chu Chinese Restaurant has entered this place and add on the selection choices for customers. Yu Chu serves the famous three juice stew pot (三汁焖锅). Yu Chu is basically a Chinese restaurant from China. If you or your friends are looking for Chinese cuisines from China, Yu Chu is definitely one of the best place to dine in as the taste of the food is authentically from China.

The dish I am having now is called as Healthy Stew Pot. All the ingredients are prepared in containers and being served together with a clean big pot on the table. The main ingredients are dolly fish, prawns and chicken.

To get start, the staff pour little oil into the pot as base. The ingredients are then being placed nicely into the pot. Vegetables are being placed at the bottom first and followed by the main ingredients on top of the vegetables.

Then, it is closed with the cover for braised cooking.

You may noticed that there is no sauce added into the pot yet. So, after braised cooking for awhile, a special sauce is then added into the pot and stir it gently.

After stirring, it is now ready to be served.

Eat until last, we can add on hot soup to turn the stew pot become a steamboat. In this stage, we are adding some ingredients into the soup to continue enjoy the dish. I would suggest you to add on some noodles and to be eaten together with the soup. It tastes just nice!

Beautiful Ambience at 花酒藏 Hana's Dining + Sake Bar

VIP ROOM

Hana provides different designs of seating in the restaurant. There is VIP room available for gathering party/lunch/dinner. This is where you can have your privacy while eating. The VIP room is well equipped with television and comfy sofa type chairs.

PUBLIC SEATING AREA

Public seating area has a very beautiful decoration. Some of the seats are cushion type which are very comfortable to be sit on. I like the lightning of the restaurant which gives a very nice texture on the food served. All the staffs are very friendly too. One of the thing I like from their service is that the owners of Hana are very easy going and friendly persons. You may talk to them on any inquiries about the food as they are willing to entertain you.

SAKE BAR

Sake bar is another section of the restaurant where customers can choose to chill at this area with friends. According to the owner, most of the customers love to dine at this section as it is very suitable to chill with a bunch of friends with the serving of sake or alcohol drinks.

They serve different kind of alcohol drinks including soft drinks and juices. Do check it out at their dining place, you will definitely get impressed!

Beautiful Restaurant at Tsubohachi Publika - Shirley.my

Tsubohachi is a famous Izakaya originated from Hokkaido, Japan in 1973 with total of more than 300 outlets to date. The ambiance of the restaurant is very nice. I love the colors of their design in the restaurant. The restaurant is clean and everything is neat and tidy. There are different sections of dining areas where customers can choose their preferred seats. They do provide tables at outside for smokers. Let's scroll down and have a tour in Tsubohachi. Go Noodle House at One Utama 有间面馆

Good news for those who visit One Utama Shopping Center. Go Noodle House is another new restaurant to dine in for lunch or dinner. The queue is crazily long since the first day they opened. Everyone are willing to wait for the long queue probably because their food is really nice and price is reasonable. The first thing which impressed me is the menu book. The menu book is full of images of food and the texture of the book is very beautiful. I am enjoying myself so much by flipping the book over and over again.

Get to hold a menu book while you are waiting for the food to be served. The menu book indicates the history of San Xian Tang Mi Xian. Spare your waiting time with the beautiful story on book and enjoy the environment in the restaurant.

"天下第一面" means the best Mee in the world. It could be the best Mee in One Utama Shopping Center. There is always long queue during lunch hour everyday. It is worth to wait for it if you have plenty of time to be. The collection of Shaoxing wine are placed nicely on the rack attached to the wall. If you would like to add some Shaoxing wine in your noodles, you can probably purchase a bottle of it from here. You can then leave yours on the rack in the restaurant and you may use it whenever you visit here next time.

There are various type of mee soup offered in the menu including spicy and non-spicy.

Having a bowl of fish balls soup is just nice in a cold weather. The soup is not too salty.

You get to customize your noodles based on your own preferrence. There are two types of noodles for you to select which are their specialty handmade Mi Xian rice noodles or regular bee hoon. After that, you get to chosoe on your soup based from superior or spicy broth. Then, you can select add-on ingredients on your noodles such as pork belly, beef slices, clams, 'song fish' belly, squid balls, fresh prawns, scallops, bitter gourd, fish paste, pork balls and foochew fish balls.

This is the snack platter which consists of bbq pork slices, fu chuk and Taiwan pork sausages. The bbq pork slices, which are also called as 'gold coin' in chinese, are the most delicious after all.

It is my great pleasure to be invited to their Grand Launch as Media at 11.00AM on 22/11/2015. TheBBP Restaurant is located at The Club, Bukit Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. It is very easy to find, drive to Bandar Utama and then enter The Club, drive along the way and you will see #theBBP. The decoration of the restaurant is unique and wonderful.

#theBBP is a gastropub style restaurant, serving up tasty, down to earth fare like good old fashioned pork ribs, a wide selection of barbeque meats with mouth-watering sides and finger licking snacks. It's a great place to meet for after-work drinks, with an extensive selection of local and imported beers, which alone would be worth visiting for.

Oyster Shooter

We have been served with Oyster Shooter upon arriving. I was impressed with this drink served. It is served with an oyster placed on top of the glass, an unique combination. The drink in red tasted like tomato. How we got to drink this? Yeah, drop the oyster into the glass to be mixed with the liquid, then drink it in one shoot.

#theBBP Platter (large portion specially prepared by the owner)

#theBBP Meat Platter is the main course. It is the combination of pork knuckle, garlic charcoal bread, mashed potato, Spanish black pig, roasted Belgium Pork and sausages. It is the best to have the crispy pork knuckle dipping the brown sauce. Garlic charcoal bread is freshly baked, it tastes so good. Mashed potato is prepared with the mixture of garlic and bacon, the perfect combination lights up the taste of it. German brownish sausage and Italian sausage taste so good with the sauce.

Salad Station

I love their style of serving salads. Customers get to customize the salads by their owns from picking on the salad station. Picking some of the toppings for salad is one of my favorite thing to do because some of the vegetables which I don't like to eat I will just put it aside. It is kinda wasted thus, this concept is definitely a better choice for customers.

Great food and drinks aside, #theBBP is laos a local favorite as a place to catch sporting events, with major matches being broadcast in the main dining area, as well as on a number of TVs pread throughout the rest the space.
