Chashu Men

Chashu Men is actually the same dish as Sankara Original from the menu but Chashu Men comes with extra 4 pieces of Chashu. Bankara Original comes with medium sized noodles served with 1 piece of Chashu, bamboo shoots, dried seaweeds, and Japanese Onions. Bankara Ramen is their signature dish of Ramen with the special pork bone broth infused with specially refined Shoyu, served with medium textured Tokyo style noodles. It is slightly salted with a hint of sweetness. I'm falling in love deeply with the broth! Super delicious! 

Tonkotsu Chashu
This dish comes with thin noodles in milky pork bone soup served with 4 pieces of Chashu, spring onion, jew's ear mushroom, and seaweed. I missed Japan so much when I'm eating this bowl of noodles. That is so much memorable moments created during my Japan trip earlier this year. I miss the food over there so badly.

The thin noodles are elastic and chewy. I can feel that the noodles are well cooked and tastes really good in the milky pork bone soup.

My favorite Chashu are on top of the noodles inside the bowl. I swallow all of them once it is served to me. Haha.

It's actually located below GSC cinema in midvalley. Not hard to search thou. I spot something that they are actually providing single seats for individual walk in customer. That's really cool! If you're alone for lunch or dinner, here could be your best choice ever!
